The Ultimate Braunschweiger Sandwich
- Scott Pete Braunschweiger
- 2 slices of pumpernickel (or other dark rye bread)
- 1-2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/4 sliced red onion
- 3 dill pickles
- spicy brown mustard
- Toast pumpernickel bread and slice all ingredients
- Spread as much mustard, mayo, and horseradish as you like on one slice of bread.
- Build your sandwich. Enjoy!
