Creamy Braunschweiger Dip

Ingredients

  • Scott Pete Braunschweiger
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1.  Chop the green onions, separating whites from greens.
  2. Place all ingredients, except greens of the green onions, in a food processor and beat until smooth.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Garnish with the greens of the green onions. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
  5. Enjoy!
