Creamy Braunschweiger Dip
- Scott Pete Braunschweiger
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish
- hot sauce
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Chop the green onions, separating whites from greens.
- Place all ingredients, except greens of the green onions, in a food processor and beat until smooth.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Garnish with the greens of the green onions. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
