Chicago-Style Hot Dog
Loaded with all the goodies. This hot dog is the real deal.
- 1 package (8) Scott Pete Wieners & Franks
- 1 package (8) poppy seed buns
- Yellow Mustard
- Neon Green Relish
- Kosher Dill Pickle Spear
- Chopped Onion
- Tomato Slices
- Sport Peppers
- Celery Salt
- Heat hot dogs on the grill or in boiling water. Place each hot dog in a poppy seed bun.
- Add a squirt of mustard, a bit of relish, onions, one pickle, 2 or 3 sport peppers and 2 tomato slices to each. Top with a sprinkle of celery salt. Serve!
