Chicago-Style Hot Dog

Loaded with all the goodies. This hot dog is the real deal.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8) Scott Pete Wieners & Franks
  • 1 package (8) poppy seed buns
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Neon Green Relish
  • Kosher Dill Pickle Spear
  • Chopped Onion
  • Tomato Slices
  • Sport Peppers
  • Celery Salt

Directions

  1. Heat hot dogs on the grill or in boiling water. Place each hot dog in a poppy seed bun.
  2. Add a squirt of mustard, a bit of relish, onions, one pickle, 2 or 3 sport peppers and 2 tomato slices to each. Top with a sprinkle of celery salt. Serve!
